Keyboard navigation
Move with J and K, select with X, and never reach for the mouse to work through rows.
Command palette
Press Ctrl/⌘ + K to pick a category, run a rule or trigger a bulk action by typing.
Smart rules
“If the description contains X, suggest category Y.” Suggestions show a confidence indicator so you stay in control.
Bulk categorize & add
Apply suggestions to many rows at once, with a confirmation step and a warning for any uncategorized row.
Matches left alone
Rows that QuickBooks wants you to match are skipped, so Rowpost never touches a transaction it can't safely add.
Stays in your browser
Transaction text, rules and history never leave your browser. Only your Pro license key is checked online.
How it works
Rowpost drives the same Add button you would click yourself.
Open Banking
Go to Banking → For review in QuickBooks Online. Rowpost appears on the page.
Select and suggest
Select rows, or let your rules suggest categories for recurring vendors.
Confirm and add
Review the confirmation and Rowpost adds the rows, one by one, reporting any that QuickBooks rejects.
In QuickBooks, choosing a category and adding a row are one step, so additions made through Rowpost cannot be undone by Rowpost. That is why a confirmation dialog appears before every add.
