Why was a row skipped?

Rows that show Match or View need a decision in QuickBooks and are not changed by Rowpost.

Can I undo an add?

Not from Rowpost. In QuickBooks, choosing a category and adding are one step. Use the Categorized tab in QuickBooks to undo an added transaction.

A category was not applied.

QuickBooks only offers some accounts for some transaction types, for example an expense account is not offered for a deposit. Rowpost reports these rows as failed and leaves them untouched.

My license key is not accepted.

Check you pasted the full key from the purchase email. If it still fails, send us the email address used at checkout.
